Juan M. Sanchez, CPA

Juan M. Sanchez, CPA is the CEO/Managing Partner at JMS CPAs, PLLC.  He is primarily responsible for overseeing all of the services performed by the firm. Juan is a member of the American Institute of CPA’s, the Texas Society of CPA’s, licensed with the Texas State Board of Public Accountancy, and is a QuickBooks Certified ProAdvisor.  

Juan holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree with an emphasis in Accounting and Information Systems from the University of the Incarnate Word.

Carolina is the Tax Director at JMS CPAs, PLLC.  Carolina is responsible for planning, managing, and executing all tax related activities.  Carolina is a member of the American Institute of CPA’s, the Texas Society of CPA’s, licensed with the Texas State Board of Public Accountancy, and is a Chartered Global Management Accountant.  

Carolina holds a Bachelors of Business Administration in Accounting from the University of Texas at San Antonio and a Masters in Professional Accounting from the University of Texas at Austin.
